Submission call for the Still Voices Short Film Festival 2020 now open!
It’s summertime in rural France. A charismatic stranger happens upon three teenage boys. He has a gun in his car. Are they ready to go for a ride?
Jasmin Gordon is a Swiss-American director currently based in Bern, Switzerland. Before graduating with an MA in Documentary Film from Stanford University, she studied Literature and Photography in the US and in France. Her short films, including MONSIEUR BORGES AND I, PARIS 1951 and BONNE POIRE screened at festivals such as SXSW, Slamdance Film Festival, AFIDOCS, Encounters Film Festival, Leeds International Film festival and were broadcast on PBS Independent Lens and on RTS (Swiss National Television). Jasmin’s work has received the Princess Grace Foundation Award, Independent Television Service Grand Jury Prize as well as two International Documentary Association Nominations. EMPREINTES is her second fiction short.
