When a new customs officer shows up on the Fermanagh - Cavan border, sisters May and Imelda McHugh must hatch a cunning plan to smuggle butter from one village to the other.
Ciaran Crudden is an emerging filmmaker, originally from County Fermanagh in Northern Ireland, currently residing in London. Due to his background in graphic design, Ciaran has a natural flair for visual storytelling. This film takes place in the village that Ciaran grew up in, albeit 60 years earlier. Having grown up hearing stories about how the border shaped the communities on both sides, Ciaran developed a deep fascination with the subject, so much so, it inspired this - his debut short film.
