DEAN COLIN MARCIAL is an international flmmaker in New York and Manila. His short flms have been screened all over the world and have garnered more than 150K+ hits online. In 2010, he co-founded Calavera USA, an award-winningBrooklyn production company whose credits include All Tat IAm (SXSW ’13 – Special Jury Prize for Ensemble Acting, NHFF’13 – Best Feature, FilmBuff), Fishtail (Tribeca ’14, Big Sky ’15Vision Award, Netfix), and Yearbook(Sundance ’14, 25+ Jury Prizes, 100+ festivals, Te New Yorker). Dean was awarded the 2015 Made in NY Media Fellowship by the New York City Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment. In 2017 he was a recipient of the Tribeca All Access Grant for his screenplay Te Green Guerrillas. He was born in the Philippines, raised in Long Island, graduated from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, and currently lives in New York City.
