The Observer Effect

A woman is haunted by a dark watcher, a man obsessed with thoughts of her vicious murder but as the fateful hour draws near bizarre events unfold to reveal truths they could never imagine - and a secret that will change their lives forever.

Director Bio

Garret came to film-making through a lifelong desire to create the sort of movies that captivated and transported him growing up watching them. Self taught and self funded he has spent years learning the craft of writing however and wherever he could. Finally finding himself in a position to fund his own short and test himself as a director he assembled an impassioned team for the film that would become The Observer Effect in 2015 and spent the next two years bringing it to the screen.
