At The Heart Of Irish Cinema
festival patron
Terence Davies
"I was deeply honoured to receive the inaugural Still Voices Visionary award and to become the festival's patron. I was equally honoured that this wonderful festival in the heart of Ireland took its name from my film Distant Voices, Still Lives. I share the festival's belief that art should be for everyone, and I'm firmly behind Ronan and his team as they continue to bring cinema to the local community."
